We sometimes offer online discounts because it costs us less to process an online order over a phone or fax order. It defeats the object if you ring up to order & request the online discount over the telephone. Staff are unable to give these discounts for phone orders & please appreciate we cannot apply retrospective discounts because you forgot to enter a code at the time of order.
